Enhencer is a waste of money. They kept telling me they needed to try new audiences and needed time to optimize the ad campaigns. We gave them in total 8 months of time. They never scaled our ads as they claimed they could. At the end, we told them we were not happy with the performance and had just been billed for another month. They did not refund us, and stopped working the ads altogether. Delivering no services that were paid for. Ultimately, I guess the last month wasn’t a total loss, because we avoided draining more money into wasted ad spend. The other 5 star reviews you read on here are more than likely forced reviews from them. Our rep had us leave them a 5 star review while he waited for us on a zoom call one meeting. Even had me mention him by name to let the Enhencer team know how good he was doing. It’s good that Shopify allows these reviews to be edited. If you are planning on running Facebook ads. Do yourself a favor watch YouTube tutorials and do it yourself. You will save money and a headache.
Update: they reached out to me and told me they would refund my last month since we did not provide any services. I said I appreciated that gesture and would update the review accordingly. Unfortunately, they did not keep their word and no refund was ever given. Again, don't trust them.
