Great team who respond quickly. The onboarding was insanely easy and we are saving a lot of money in returns.
We have been with Redo now using their Returns feature for 6 months, and have just now started using their Customer Service feature and have rolled over from Klaviyo to their CRM feature too. Everything in one place. Saving $$$ as Klaviyo was getting so out of control expensive.
Redo's onboarding in these new features has been excellent, thorough and really easy to implement.
Game changer for us.
