All initial contact prior to onboarding felt super easy, probably the most chill collaboration I've experienced when it's come to integrating a new program within the business.
Onboarding and beyond has also been just as easy; Paul was and continues to be super supportive. He's got a wealth of knowledge that was invaluable during set up.
The app itself has exceeded all expectations, no qualms. Easy to navigate, user friendly, cost effective and the team is just a message away if you ever need them.
We implemented the app a week out from our busiest sales period of the year which was a scary thought. Fear not, there were no issues even with some insane web traffic. Within 30 days we've seen a fair decrease in ticket volume and an increase in upsell revenue without even using the app to its full capability.
