BackupMaster includes a 7-day free trial. As the app remained installed beyond the trial period, the subscription charge was applied.
A full refund has now been issued and confirmed by Shopify.
Refunds are processed by Shopify and the customer’s bank and may take a few business days to appear on the statement.
