If I could give this app zero stars, I definitely would. When I first installed it, it didn't work at all as advertised, and I couldn't successfully purchase anything from my store. So I deactivated my account, but a month later, I was charged a "usage fee"... even though my account was deactivated. I contacted customer service for a refund because I had already deactivated my account, but they refused my request without giving me a clear reason. They suggested I deactivate my account again, but I've already deactivated it, so why should I deactivate it again to ensure I won't receive any more bills... Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and their system has obvious billing issues, charging a usage fee to someone who's already
