I have always had a very positive experience using Appstle, its very easy for my customers to navigate in terms of redeeming points, pausing or cancelling subscriptions.
Customer service whenever I need help in the back-shop has always been 10/10. They generally answer within the minute and send through video details if the answer is a little complicated so its very easy to understand.
