I am very impressed with these guys/gals. As a DTC marketer the app is very easy to use.

I'm most impressed with the support. I use "chat" and they reply within 1-2 mins, and then you’re chatting with a real person. Once I needed a more complicated UX/code solution, and they just did it for me in 10 minutes.

I'm on the business plan as I think you need the Cancellation Management Tools

I would highly recommend this app for small, medium or even large businesses. It has everything.
