They charge a usage fee not just a subscription fee. My clients are also complaining they don’t receive any tracking information.

Thanks. All pricing is in our billing agreement (which merchants have to agree to when installing), app listing page and website.

As for tracking, our app doesn't send tracking information. It gets passed through to Auspost, and when you Fulfil orders via our app it triggers the Shopify email to customers. So the issue would lie with one of those.

We would be quite happy to investigate a few orders for you though, to try and help identify what the issue might be.
