Everything seems to connect properly but I've been unable to get any orders to go through for over a month. I just get a "something went wrong" error. Nothing I try works and the response time for assistance from Selfnamed takes multiple days between messages which makes it impossible to actively troubleshoot. The only advice I've received is to uninstall all other apps and try again. That's not happening. The other apps are actually selling things. I've delisted all 60 Selfnamed items I have in my store because of this. It's a shame because of how much work I've put into the labels.
