Very poor support. The app’s functionality can break at any time, and there’s no one from their team available to address the issue.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the app. I have checked our support system but I can't see any ticket opened by you in the recent days. Can I ask you to send us an email to support@sealsubscriptions.com so we can help you out?
Also, we always reply to emails within 24 hours on a working day and you can easily reach us simply by sending us an email, opening a ticket through our Support Center OR even opening a ticket through our chatbot :)
