Absolutely an amazing app! We have been using Seal Subscriptions for quite some time now and have always loved it and it's been a breeze for all our clients to use as well. Even in the past 24hrs we had a small concern and within an hr we had a response from the support team (Max) who answered our response quickly. We then where guided with our concern through Marko who was more than willing to help us through out - the concern was sorted quickly Even with the time zone differences. We appreciate the support teams quick response and kindness. This app works fantastically for those who are in need of an app for Subscriptions. I personally would recommend this app to anyone and everyone! Thank you Seal Subscriptions for your great communication, support and services.

So far so good. Just need to be able to update the customer credit card from our end, and maybe add a yearly prediction for the money amount. But other than that, it is still way better than Boldv2 (who wanted to add 1% on top of the monthly cost, we will never do that). Seal is great, hopefully they never change.

Hi,
Thank you so much for your review :) If the customer allows you to, you can update their credit card info directly in Shopify admin > Customers > Click on the customer > edit the credit card info in there. Shopify allows you to change the credit card info directly in there :)

Our graphs on he dashboard currently show revenue prediction for up to 30 days, but we will try to expand this to 1 year :)

The app has been user-friendly and there are a bunch of nice features/settings. For our specific use and the migration from our old online store, there were some issues, most of which have already been solved. The support has been very responsive, offering solutions and also considering to implement some additional functionality that might eliminate some existing limitations. Though we are still in the process of completing the migration to both Shopify and the Seal Subscriptions App, we have been quite happy with the app so far.

Customer service is above and beyond. We had some questions to try and make the widget fit with our design, and the team went so far as to write custom code for us to make it all seamless. Highly recommend.

Extremely intuitive and easy to set up. Also it is easy to edit the subscriptions. I sell coffee that is roasted and shipped to order. One feature that would be neat, but not necessary, would be a subscription calendar view so I can see the quantities I will need on fulfillment day.

So far, so good! It was very easy to set up my first subscription. The video tutorial was very helpful and clear. I had no problems with integration and support quickly verified my shop to remove the app branding. I'm excited to offer this feature to my customers and am glad both for the ease of use and setup but also how well it is compatible with other apps I use. Thank you!

Excellent product that was simple to setup, create custom subscriptions and integrate with my shopify products. Support is responsive and very helpful. Love that you can use a free plan while you are ramping up and scale as necessary once the business grows.

Nice app overall.

I’m not sure where people get customer service. All we see is a chat bot with FAQ. Many times we have needed help and never see a way to talk to anyone which has been really frustrating.
