Poorly implemented. Support staff work "banker's hours" in Eastern Europe. Expect to get deep into the product and then discover "Seal doesn't support that" or "read Shopify docs." My guess is this plugin is held together by a team of 3-5 people in Eastern Europe who make their differentiator the fact that they're the cheapest solution on the marketplace for subscriptions. After trying to use them for almost 1000 subscriptions in the last year (300 active), I gave up and switched to Appstle.

We are based in Europe, but we still aim to be responsive and provide actionable help, and it sounds like we did not do that in your case.
