This app is truly crap. It has a lot of great functionality, and integrates a ton of carriers. But the UX sucks, their support is not helpful. And worst of all, there's barely a day that it works without issues. You're on chat with their support all the time. It's a major pain.
And all that at the totally crazy price of €200/month, a multiple of what we pay for all other Shopify apps together and totally off other services like Sendcloud.

We're sorry to read about your experience. Reliability and usability are core priorities for us, so we take comments like yours very seriously.
That said, we'd like to clarify a few points. ShippyPro is used daily by over 1,800 merchants worldwide, processing hundreds of thousands of shipments with a platform uptime of 99.9%. While issues can occasionally occur - especially in complex, multi-carrier environments - they are not representative of the standard experience we aim to deliver.
Regarding support, we hear your frustration about needing to contact us frequently. Each time you reached out, we worked to resolve your issues as quickly as possible, but clearly the overall experience wasn't what it should have been.
