Terrible customer support - I paid $249 and couldn't even access the platform as I was stuck on onboarding. They would reply once per day and then wouldn't reply for another 24 hours. Furthermore, you need to book a call with them for which I now have to wait 4 full days to attend before my account is "unlocked". Absolutely horrendous experience and the worst I've seen from any SaaS.
