I write this with a lot of conflict, but even though their customer support has been replying actively their "Technicians" are not. it takes them 48 hors to actually get their technical side to reply. the import was full of problems regarding addresses. I suggest to review very very carefully the files prior to import cause they make very amateur mistakes and can messed up your whole business.
some times cheap services are expensive
