Magical Make an Offer

I’ve been using Magical Make An Offer for a little while now and the app itself works brilliantly. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and adds real value to my store.

When switching themes, there were a couple of small issues — nothing major and certainly nothing to gripe about. What impressed me was the customer service. Support was immediate, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue straight away.

A couple of hours later I noticed something else that needed adjusting, reached out again, and bang — sorted immediately.

I can absolutely handle the odd hiccup with apps, especially when the customer service is this responsive and on point. Excellent support like this makes all the difference. Highly recommended.
