The setup is easy, and the small video library is very helpful in resolving any issues.

Service levels are excellent. Kyle and the team are quick to respond to any questions not covered by the videos. The replies are well structured, easy to follow, and ultimately work!

We can't see any downside to this app, and we've looked for one! Overall, a great App with excellent customer service. We would recommend it to any business that is looking for growth - who isn't!. A cost-effective, easy-to-use, proven to work and well-supported App.

Not exactly the 1% advertised

I have been contacted by the company about this review - I suggest you contact shopify to investigate why users are being told they will be charge 2.99% and not the advertised 1%

Awesome support experience! There was an internal technical issue with Magical Make an Offer app interfered with a key streaming app on my site. I sent out a support request hoping to get a response in days, and they magically fixed the issue in minutes! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thank you!

Hands down the best experience I've had installing a Shopify app (and I've had quite a bit of experience.) The team at Magical Make and Offer were proactive in making sure I had everything I needed for setup, and even did some custom CSS work to ensure the app looked exactly like I wanted.

The app works exactly as advertised. I really love that it's a percentage of each sale rather than a flat fee.

I was looking for a Pay-What-You-Can app and there weren't a whole lot out there. Magical Make an Offer allowed me to adjust their app to what I needed. And, if I couldn't figure something out, their support team was responsive and helped me in a timely manner.

The app developers went above and beyond helping me to set up this app when I had difficulty with understanding how to navigate the set up. I'm new to Shopify so it's likely an easy app that's somewhat difficult because of my lack of experience with website development.

Possible suggested change for app developer: I don't like that the customer gets an email from "Magical Make an Offer" instead of from me. I'm using this app for donations to be given and donors could think it's a spam email being sent to them. It would also be nice if there was a way for me to send the customer a customized email after they've completed the purchase.

I remember reading the reviews about their great customer service before installing this app and thinking, that's good but how great can it be? I understand the reviews now! Their customer service is unmatchable! And the app itself is also very easy to use. I tried using another app before and it created a lot of complications for me. Within minutes of setting up Magical Make an Offer, I was met with pure ease :)

On top of that! I reached out for support hoping for a certain feature. The support team said they have never been asked for this future, but thought it was a great idea and would email me in the future if the are able to add this to the app. So cool! Really glad I decided to go with Magical Make an Offer!
