when it works, it's great.
but sadly.. there's no free trial, and the support is very very slow. I'm still trying to solve an issue which involved the complete inability to export a theme (which is the whole reason i used the app).
this means you end up paying $99 usd up front for a broken app, and then ultimately would have to just dispute this if it doesnt work out as advertised. I'll change my review if they eventually get back to me
Thanks for the honest review — and I'm glad the app's delivered when it's worked. The two things you flagged are exactly the two that shouldn't happen: a theme export that fails, and support that leaves you waiting. I'm sorry on both.
I don't want your ticket sitting unresolved. We did reply to your thread — but if it didn't reach you, or didn't actually solve the export issue, that's on us to fix. Please reach me directly at yana@presidiocreative.com and I'll pick this up personally until the export works the way it should.
Also here's actually a free tier — you can export up to 5 products to try the app before paying. If a full theme export is your main goal, message me and I'll make sure it works for your store.
