Nonexistent Customer Support
Extremely disappointing experience with Doofinder. The app itself might have potential, but it is completely overshadowed by what can only be described as nonexistent customer support.
After installation, I encountered several technical issues and reached out multiple times. Responses were slow, generic, and ultimately unhelpful. There was no real ownership of the problem, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no sense of urgency — even when the issues were directly impacting sales.
For a paid app on Shopify, where search functionality is critical to revenue, this level of support is simply unacceptable. You expect a reliable technology partner, not silence when it matters most.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. When you need support, there’s no one there.

I’ve personally reviewed your case in detail. First, I want to apologize for the initial delay. We experienced a temporary backlog that caused our response time to extend to four days, which is clearly not the level of service we strive for. I also see that our commercial representative who was your first point of contact and is fully trained to assist with onboarding and setup proactively offered support early on, but that assistance was declined at the time. Our intention from the beginning was to make sure you had guidance whenever needed.
Once your request reached our technical team, your concerns were escalated internally for deeper review. We are currently waiting for your response to continue moving forward and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
