always get charged extra unpaid for postage when i enter the correct measuremnets.

Note that our app sends through the dimensions and weight and Package type you select for orders to Auspost, and they scan and process the parcels.
So if you have submitted correct information and Australia Post says you have under declared it, it is an issue with their systems, not with our app.
In saying that, perhaps your app configuration could be improved. Also, we would be happy to look at some of these notices from Auspost (as we often do for customers) to help identify what the issue might be.
