The program is great for bulk returns and simple return-only transactions. The UI could be more user friendly; it is hard to navigate around to certain settings, and resetting returns is a bit complex for employees.
Our biggest struggles have been with discounting and how this program calculates and applies discounts. While it is very robust, there are limitations with how the system reads and calculates discounts on exchanges. Complex transactions require close manual calculation to ensure the correct amounts are being awarded/refunded. This comes as a time cost to our team.
We have been working with our account manager and the dev team to resolve these issues. We are happy that they have listened to our feedback.
