Took the time to help me and was super knowledgeable about the platform even though I am not. Sent screen shots with arrows and easy to follow instructions. I am new to this and its always good to know there are people like Lacey waiting in the wings to lend a hand. They saved me a tonne of time and effort and panic in not being able to fulfil a customer in United Stated that had ordered from me.
