The app is excellent and the features are truly great. It delivers strong value and the overall user experience is very good.

However, the pricing policy is extremely frustrating. In just two months of use, the subscription price increased twice. On top of that, the company keeps changing what each plan includes, removing features and practically forcing users to upgrade and spend more in order to keep access to tools that were previously included.

This constant instability in pricing and plan structure creates uncertainty and frustration for customers. It’s a shame, because the product itself is very good — but the way the plans are being managed negatively impacts the overall experience.
