I am on my first week of using subscriptions. I started as a "free user" and quickly realized we would outgrow that option and we upgraded. I have no doubt that Appstle Subscriptions will be a huge benefit for our store.

Now that I have upgraded, I needed help with my settings and configuration of new options recently made available to my store. I hit a couple of issues and was able to contact support effortlessly through the chat option.

Aiden was my support agent, and they did a great job in answering all my questions and getting my issues resolved; they even help point out some addition settings that I had overlooked.

To be honest I was already happy with the application and all that is offered and fully preparred to give a 4-star review. But that customer service with attention to detail, willingness to help, and handeled efficiently is not something that is often experienced in the "modern world" of customer service.

Aiden earned that 5-star review for Appstle today. I know with confidence that if I have a problem in the future, I'll be in good hands at Appstle.
