If I could give 10 stars I would. I am a complete technical simpleton and was in desperate need of help with my bundle product on my store. Firstly Ben came to my aid within mere minutes of a message sent and when he finished his shift (after helping me for over an hour) I was passed to Russel. Who helped me for another 2 hours!! I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for showing such patience and understanding. Never once making me feel like I was an idiot, just guiding me through the process with such kindness.
