I was working on creating bundle and run into minor issue. Surprisingly help was available and not dumb bot, but actual person, named Maya.
Within 5 minutes she had helped me to fix the minor change I need to move forward with adding bundles that presented on my website the way I wish.
So, thanks much and highly recommend FastBundle it is by far the best bundle app I’ve used on Shopify. It’s powerful, reliable, and easy to work with.

I'm honestly struggling with this app - channel visibility is almost impossible with mix n match bundles. However the support is excellent and Ian was very helpful and honest about what is and isn't possible. For my needs, this app is not a good fit unfortunately. There seem to be plenty of happy customers though.
I was working on creating bundle and run into minor issue. Surprisingly help was available and not dumb bot, but actual person, named Ian.
He suggested couple of ways to handle my issue and I found it not just helpful, but surprising and unusual now days.

Fast Bundle has brought in a ton of sales for us in the past few months. We've tried other bundles apps and this one converts best! When I needed to customize my "Buy X, Get Y" widget to scroll horizontally, Sally immediately answered the Chat and had it fixed within minutes :)
