Fast Bundle: Product Bundles

I logged a request and Phillip replied almost instantly and had my issue solved within a matter of minutes. He then went on to actually solve another issue for me that I didnt think I could fix at all.

I have been using this app for a few months and our sales have increased due to their bundle widget. Their support team has always been helpful, especially Amy who attended my inquiry and had it fixed within minutes. I love using the app and am looking forward to the new "Cart Goal" feature they will release soon.

The app is serving our needs well. At first there were some challenges with the UI that made for a not optimal user experience, but after some back and forth with them they ultimately agreed to fix the issues. So now we would recommend it and are planning to use it on another of our Shopify stores.

This product does just what it should. I chose it because I wanted my bundle to display as its own product. When I updated my theme, I had an issue with how it was displaying, so I reached out to support. Maya had my problem fixed in under 5 minutes! So great. Really happy with its functionality and the support.

Overall a really great app including most of the features I was after for a bundle app! Especially the option to have the bundles as a separate product, which a lot of other bundle apps don't provide. The support team is really responsive, and were able to help with most of my queries when setting up the app on my store. Ross even jumped on a call to go through all my questions, and actioned all of them straight after, which I really appreciate!

It is a lot pricier than any other app I have tried, but I have committed to an annual plan after being offered a custom pricing structure for my first year and will be able to decide how beneficial it is to my business after a whole year's worth of analytics :) Hoping it will help increase average order value on our store. I tested 19 bundle apps and Fast Bundle is the best! Not only does the app work super well, their customer service is phenomenal. They are super responsive and incredibly easy to work with. The Enterprise plan was perfect for me - I love that the discounts get matched in cart and the support I receive is incredibly fast and efficient.
