Keerthana saved my life! After 48 hours of stressing out, using chatgpt to help me, reaching out to my developer...NO ONE was able to help me figure out how to change the "Add To Cart" button and make it go directly to the product instead of auto-adding to the cart. My products all require customization so it was important that they go to the product page to build their charms on a bracelet! After so much stressing out, I was ready to delete the app! Im glad I scheduled the zoom meeting and met Keerthana who helped me and walked me through the whole process patiently. She helped me understand some features that I did not understand. She was kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable with the app. She made the process easy! I was relieved to know I finally found the solution I was looking for with the "Shop The Collection's" ability to change the Add to Cart button to "View" and direct my customers to the product page!
