It looks nice when installed, but setting it up for a lot of products is really difficult. You have to do it manually in their system. No bulk, no spreadsheets, no "related" or tags. So its one at a time. Click, scroll, select, click for hundreds of products. Then if you step away for a day or two and forget where you were, there is no way of seeing what is live, on what product at at glance. So if you want a sweeping "free this with purchase" fine, but if you need something for each product, this is not the app for you. It took me weeks of set up to realize that.

Thank you for your feedback! Our team is constantly adding features to satisfy the new requirements of our customers, and this helps as well. We do have the option of uploading offers via an Excel sheet, which can be done by our tech team from the backend. We just need the product handles, as we have shared the template sheet with you over email. We hope that this will be a viable solution for us to create offers in bulk for your store. Note that Logbase will say it is 'pay per use', but actually charges per month based on TOTAL sales

Installed this for a client and the Upsell functionality ticks all the boxes, except that it does not display/show the total amount changing as accessories/add-on items are selected or deselected. Having the option to display a sum of the original product price and the add-on prices would make this app perfect.

The Bought Frequently Together functionality does show the total amount changing, but unfortunately all the add-ons are pre-selected.

So, neither functionality is suitable and sadly have to uninstall the app.

We apologize for any confusion in our prior discussions about the Frequently Bought Together widget. It should be feasible to incorporate a custom script from the backend to ensure that FBT items are unticked by default. We have also sent an email regarding this matter. We really hope to resolve this promptly.

App is working fine and it is pretty easy to use. One minus is that you cannot do anything else then set up the widgets texts and products. If you need to change colors or place of the widget, then you need to have a Zoom call. One thins is also really sketchy for me that they want to take control of your computer and do it for you. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I don't want that somebody else is controlling my computer.

Thank you for the feedback, we understand and will take your inputs. Since there are multiple widgets and every theme is different, the styling assistance is manually done by us. It's a one time work (for a theme). But we understand a DIY solution would be good as well and we plan to add such a feature in the coming months.

Regarding taking control of the screen - we are really sorry to have put you in an uncomfortable position. Actually, we have an option to get app access and share our screen as an alternative. Going forward we have instructed our support team to get a clear consent and present all options on how we can support you.

And, don't worry, you are not old fashioned! It's perfectly fine and your choice on how you want to be supported! We really appreciate you being watchful and secure over the Internet.
