BLOY Loyalty Program Rewards

This super helpful and responsive team uploaded my customer rewards data for me, which was a transition from our old Quickbooks POS.

I am very happy with the customization options which have allowed me to design a completely new reward system.

In addition, using BLOY and reading their blog posts has reframed my view on rewards. I have had a bricks and mortar business for 20 years and our reward system started on index cards (no kidding!) When we migrated to a desktop POS, we kept the same simple format, i.e. spend $, get $.

Now, with BLOY I am thinking more strategically about how to use our rewards program to drive more traffic. This thinking will help us as we transition to adding online sales to our bricks and mortar shop. I anticipate it will become a touchpoint with those online customers we never get to see in person.
