Regarding the IP restriction in Spain, we completely understand how frustrating this situation is. The blocks you are referring to are not something set by us or by Cloudflare directly, but are imposed by Spanish court orders related to La Liga broadcasting rights. In certain cases, these orders affect shared CDN IP ranges, which can unfortunately impact completely unrelated services like ours.

Even though this is outside of our direct control, we absolutely take it seriously. We are currently evaluating changes to our CDN infrastructure to reduce the likelihood of this happening in the future. Our priority is to provide stable and reliable access for all merchants and their customers, and we are actively working toward improving this.
