We do not recommend this app. It sends SMS marketing messages to customers who did not give consent, which creates serious legal and compliance risks for our business.
We contacted customer support at least 5 times about this issue. Each time, they assured us it was fixed. It was not. The problem happened again.
This is extremely unreliable, both the app and the customer service. If you care about compliance and protecting your business, stay away.

When you first reported this issue, our team immediately investigated and identified a flaw in how consent data from Shopify was being interpreted. Unfortunately, while we initially believed the problem had been resolved, a deployment oversight meant the corrected logic was not fully active in production. We acknowledge that this led to repeated incidents and understandably damaged your confidence in our app.
Once the root cause was fully identified, we deployed a permanent fix that validates explicit SMS marketing consent before any SMS is sent. We also added additional safeguards and monitoring to prevent similar issues from recurring.
Following the fix, we continued working with you on subsequent questions and edge cases, including consent validation, abandoned cart triggers, customer data synchronization, and SMS delivery behavior. In your later correspondence, you confirmed that the consent issue appeared to be resolved and that the app was functioning correctly again.
We sincerely regret the frustration and inconvenience this situation caused. Compliance and merchant trust are priorities for us, and we have used your feedback to improve both our product and our internal release processes.
