One thing however, I found out after messing around for a week is that Matrixify does not play well with Excel and CSV files. Users need to access Googles "SHEETS" to create, Export and Import shopify CSV file to be successful!

About the Excel and CSV files - Matrixify fully support those formats, too. You do not have to use the Google Sheets - it's just one of formats to use.
Please, write to our Support about the issues you had with the Excel and CSV files, we will either fix those if it's a bug, or will explain, how to work with them.
E.g. one typical failure with Excel app is if you just open the CSV file in Excel, it might break the lines from multi-line Body HTML. But that's the Excel issue itself, not Matrixify. To safely open any CSV files in Excel, create a new file, and choose Data -> Get Data. This method loads CSV files into Excel safely, even with multi-line Body HTML texts.
