I recently installed an enhanced MRP software integrated with QBO. As a result, I needed to upgrade the e-com revenue software and add functionality to reconcile Shopify and Amazon transactions into QBO. I did an extensive review of several software products. The assessment included many questions to A2X, mainly via their incredible messaging system which was VERY helpful. I decided to purchased A2X because I felt that it had, by far, the best functionality.
The installation and mapping of A2X was very straight forward. But at first, I was having trouble getting the reconciliations to work, so I was a bit spectacle. Then I had the onboarding call and in 30 minutes they unlocked the full potential of the A2X functionality.
A2X has created a truly remarkable software product. The reconciliation process is a complete game changer for our company. A2X is going to save us many hours of time each month! The A2X support, using the messaging system, is very good at promptly answering any ongoing questions, of which I have had few!
I’m so happy with my decision to purchase A2X! I strongly recommend A2X as a total solution to tracking and reconciling e-com revenue transactions.
