AI Ads on Facebook & Google

We unfortunately were unable to ever utilize the AI portion of the creative as it was never able to work for our product without looking cheap and fake and AI generated. We also never went over 1 on our ROAS. When I stopped running ads and communicated this very clearly to the platform, our account rep, etc we were still charged at the next chance they could and it really stings as a small business to feel so swindled by a Shopify App. I truly feel like you could run your own Facebook ads and turn on product optimization and this be the EXACT SAME RESULT - less a hefty spend for a the platform- DONT DO IT
