After placing an order, I was only informed a full week later that the item was out of stock and could not be shipped, even though the platform page clearly showed sufficient stock before I placed the order. Some orders that had already been shipped were still not delivered after 30 days. Contacting customer service was extremely slow, and I was always answered by different people who were very unprofessional in handling the issues. Despite multiple attempts to get a solution, I received no concrete response, and even my refund request was refused. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.
