Super robust and reliable; every setting I adjusted was very clear and immediately visible in my storefront. I also reached out to customer service/tech support a few times to make customization adjustments or ask questions about features that paired with my desired workflow, and they were always quick to respond and very helpful - more so than expected, to be honest! The cost can jump depending on what you're trying to setup, but the pricing between the tiers is pretty reasonable considering you're getting quite a few features bumped in each tier; the likelihood of you being able to pay a lower price point for what you're trying to do is pretty high.
