I’ve had a really frustrating experience with the Postcode Shipping app.

They’ve already taken payment, but the app isn’t working properly—and getting support has been impossible. It’s been 2–3 days of waiting, with multiple messages sent, and not a single response.

What makes it worse is that their Crisp chat widget shows support agents (Neo, Eyal, Eric) as “active,” but no one ever replies. It gives the impression that help is available when it’s not.

This lack of response is wasting valuable time for merchants who rely on these tools to run their businesses. At this point, I can’t recommend this app to anyone, especially if reliable support matters to you.

Thank you so much for your review. From what we can see, the issue you’re encountering is related to how Shopify handles multiple fulfillment locations, which unfortunately limits how shipping rates can be calculated. This is a platform-level constraint and not something our app can override.
