Since installing, tickets for address changes and order edits have dropped, and we have the post-purchase upsell running.
But the real value for us is that this feels less like a standard software tool and more like an agency. Jacques and the team are in there suggesting improvements and then helping with implementation.
Amazing team. Can't recommend it enough.
