Hard start, but excellent technical and commercial support in the end
We’ve been using Ali Reviews for over 2 years. Recently we faced a serious issue with the Amazon importer and SEO schema. While the initial support was a bit slow, once the management and the DEV team (shoutout to Lauren and Dawn) stepped in, they took our feedback seriously. They fixed the technical bugs and offered us a very fair long-term deal to compensate for the downtime.
