Can you please stop billing me for this APP. I have written when I still had it installed to cancel it. I am not using it over a month and sadly you do not have a support number

You contacted us on April 20, 2026. We replied to your email the same day with instructions on how to uninstall the application and cancel the subscription. The last invoice you received covers the period Mar 29, 2026 – Apr 28, 2026. It's within the period when the app was installed. Please note that billing period in Shopify works on monthly basis. You always pay for the full billing period (month). You were just billed for the past period and no charges were applied since the app was uninstalled. Please check the bills in your Shopify account. With regards to the support number we don't provide it. Our company is based in Europe. As a small team our working hours are limited. As you are based in Australia your day is our night. Still we do our best to reply to all support tickets in a timely manner. We arrange calls with our clients on demand when needed. If you wish to discuss your billing concerns over the phone we can arrange a call. If you have any questions you can also send us an email at: info@gravitysoftware.co.uk and we will reply to you within 24 hours. You had our app installed for years and it worked properly. Please consider revising your review, as it was certainly not our intention to provide anything less than a positive experience.
