I’ve been a long-term customer since first installing this app in 2023. In the beginning, everything worked well for a few months, and I was happy with the service. Unfortunately, after that, the app suddenly stopped functioning properly. I chose to stay patient and paid for support to have the issue fixed, even though the problem was not caused on my end.
Sadly, the same situation happened again this year. The app stopped working once more, and this time it had a direct impact on my business, causing a significant drop in sales and creating unnecessary stress. As a business owner, reliability is extremely important, especially when your operations depend on the app functioning consistently.
After giving it multiple chances over the years, I’ve finally decided to move to a different solution. I genuinely wanted this app to work long-term, but repeated breakdowns and instability made it difficult to continue relying on it for my business. I hope the team improves the platform and support experience for future customers.
