The implementation process was straightforward and quick, and the team has been really supportive throughout. They answered all of our questions and concerns even before we subscribed to a yearly plan, which is a testament to their good service. We went for server-side tracking and so far I can see that our numbers seem more aligned between platforms.
Amazing tracking application, gives me all the data I need for multidisciplinary marketing campaigns. But what stands out for me is the support from Oğulcan, who has helped us tremendously.

We signed up for Analyzify’s premium plan expecting a professional tracking setup. Our first support ticket was raised on 7 August 2025, followed by repeated follow-ups, yet not a single critical issue has been resolved.
Their “premium” support dragged on for weeks until it expired on 16 September 2025 purely because of their delays and lack of competence. Even basic errors in Google Ads cart data tracking remain unresolved.
The experience has been extremely frustrating and costly for us. In our view, Analyzify’s technical team is not capable of handling anything beyond a basic setup. We strongly advise other businesses to look for alternative solutions rather than waste money and time here.Today we are uninstalling their app and moving to another provider.
These guys continue to deliver impressive service... In the complicated world of conversion tracking and Tag manager we really needed some help and Analyzify worked efficiently, carefully and listened to everything we had to say. These guys are experts in their field. 10/10
Analyzify provides excellent service and support. Their solution offers the most complete data layer and tracking setup available for Shopify stores. Server-side tracking works flawlessly and has given us the most accurate insights into our conversions and ads performance. Highly recommend for anyone serious about reliable, advanced tracking!

I purchased this plugin the day before yesterday and immediately applied for the Professional Implementation service, which was listed at $295. It said someone would help with the installation within 1–2 business days, but after waiting for two days, nothing happened. In the end, I had to install it myself by following the so-called documentation. Honestly, if this service doesn’t actually exist, please don’t advertise it. I haven’t even started using the plugin yet, and I’m already very disappointed with this service. Up until now, no one has contacted us.

We've been working with Analyzify for a couple of years. Our most recent experience - server-side integration - was excellent. They provided concise instructions for anything we needed to do, they kept us updated on progress, and validated all tracking afterwards, with video and screenshots. Shopify sellers struggling with GA4 would do well to engage Analyzify's services!
