What an absolute shower, absolute waste of time and effort, they do not respond to messages, emails or even bot chat, waited and still await after 2 day for support, Back to Tidio they may be a little more expensive but they give support.
Second chance, we have reinstalled because the app was that good for the cost, pleased with the AI side, jury is still out on the support
