I had difficulty with someone spamming my reviews. The support for this app helped me fix that and a bug where I could not respond it questions so I am very happy with the help I received. I have been using this review service for a while and I love that my customers can post photos it’s really fun seeing them using the product. I like the ability to answer reviews and questions and engage with customers.
Hi there, we're sorry that you were not able to find the help desk application in our app to get support. Hopefully you have been able to find it now as well as our Helpdesk articles.
It sounds like 'Store front reviews' was enabled, which allows anyone to write and leave a review. Disabling this feature will ensure that only 'verified buyers' can leave reviews.
We also have a feature to disable automatic publishing of reviews. This can also be found in settings.
lastly, there is also a 'captcha' option to reduce bots and people spamming reviews.
We hope that you were able to enable the above features to stop the spamming reviews.
