Diana has been assigned to me by Auto DS to help me with any issues I might have since I was having a lot of unanswered issues.
She has been a great help, and has everything work like it's supposed to again.
She's even around when she's off work sometimes, like today she took extra time to help me.
This is the service that I can appreciate, and accustomed to.
I don't know what happened, but they have corrected it. Everything is working good again.
