I would like to mention Leah directly. Even though when the money came out of my account the instant shock had me write a review due to it being the most convenient way to communicate my frustration.
Leah emailed me within 2 hours. 12:am Eastern time. Leah asked for my contact information. I was a little skeptical at first but complied. I told Leah I work until 6pm Eastern time. She called me at 6pm Eastern time.
When Leah called she had already pulled my account up, had a solution, sent me an email confirmation and screenshot that she processed the full refund.
I tell this store because it is not too many times you experience great customer service without all the hassles. Great customer service was provided. It is only right for me to make it right on my end too.
