The free tier doesn't allow you to pick a specific product, so that would mean every product in your shop would have a subscription. When i tried to change to the next tier, you can't find the payment tier plans. The only way was to try and upgrade to a legend tier which was $89 a year. I hadn't even created a rule and they want me to pay money, so much for free and free trial. No tanks.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the confusion here.

We have reached out to you directly, as we would love to help clarify this and get everything set up correctly for you. Just to explain, our free plan does allow you to create a subscription rule for specific products. You can select the exact products you want to offer as subscriptions and save the rule on the free plan.

The option that is restricted to a higher plan is applying a subscription rule automatically to all products in the shop. This is designed as a more advanced feature for merchants who want store-wide subscription setup, while the free plan is still available for setting up subscriptions on selected products.

Also, all of our plans can be found in Seal Subscriptions > Settings > App plans. In there you can easily upgrade and downgrade the app to the desired plan :)

We are also sorry that the plan selection was not clear enough when you tried to upgrade. We would be more than happy to help you set up the subscription rule for your specific products if you decide to reinstall the app. You are welcome to reach out to us at support@sealsubscriptions.com :)
