Expensive for what it does. Didn't work for us though as widgets wouldn't display correctly. Supports attitude was poor, not friendly, not emphatic, instead uninterested - didn't appear to reading what I was writing in the chat. Definitely not on a par with the support from other apps we have installed.

***EDIT***

In response to the developers reply. They did reach out to us after we uninstalled the app and we informed them that we had moved on and didn't require any further assistance. Following that, all their follow-ups were asking us to change our review which we did ignore - in the end we had to ask them to stop sending them.

When you first reached out, our team did respond and tried to help troubleshoot the issue. After the app was uninstalled, we followed up again hoping to better understand what happened and see if there was anything we could do to improve your experience.

That said, we understand that you had already moved on, and we’re sorry if the follow-ups felt excessive or uncomfortable. That was not our intention, and we’ll take this feedback seriously so we can improve how we handle these situations in the future.
