Expensive for what it does. Didn't work for us though as widgets wouldn't display correctly. Supports attitude was poor, not friendly, not emphatic, instead uninterested - didn't appear to reading what I was writing in the chat. Definitely not on a par with the support from other apps we have installed.
***EDIT***
In response to the developers reply. They did reach out to us after we uninstalled the app and we informed them that we had moved on and didn't require any further assistance. Following that, all their follow-ups were asking us to change our review which we did ignore - in the end we had to ask them to stop sending them.

This app allows for direct configuration of the portal, style customization, and is simple to use. Now I can chat with my clients on Instagram and Messenger via Chaty. I was able to use it fluently in just half an hour. Fantastic!
