I just set up Appstle for our cleaning-products store and the support made all the difference. Aiden walked me through everything in one quick session. He got my subscribe-and-save plan live, sorted out an error I hit while creating frequency options, and explained exactly what was going on so I understood it.

He went well beyond what I expected. He removed the Appstle branding from the widget as a complimentary touch, added our shop logo to all the subscription emails, and integrated the "Manage Subscription" portal into our account page so customers can edit, skip, and cancel on their own. He even customized the widget to match our brand colors and shared a preview to make sure it looked right.
